Hair loss could be a cause of many reasons.
-- also check for your food suplements.
-- dandruff is the cause seen in many
-- stress levels cause hairloss.
-- anaemic, low calcium and minerals is another cause
-- lack of absorption by body.
-- too much intake of salty ( nuts,chips etc) , sour , spicy food
--the major important cause is stress
-- During preganacy or as a sign of post delivery.
Tips
--apply regular oil on head like neelibringadhi, brahmi oil or bringaraj oil.
--an immune booster or a body tonic is also recommended.
--drinking milk is a good habbit
--in our practise we usually suggest Grip-H tablets. they help show a very good result.
Yogic techniques
--Pranayama is proved to be effective.
--Meditation in case of stress
according to ayurveda hair ,nails and bones are related to one another . we term it in ashti dhatu.
so we have to see along with Hair loss if we are getting other problems like breaking of nails, weakness of bones and joint pains etc.which could be signs of asthi Dhatu.

Tip 2 -
This is a common recommendation by our doctors -
POOR MAN WALK MILES TO EARN THEIR FOOD AND RICH WALK MILES TO DIGEST THE FOOD
This is a very good tip for all of us. since according to ayurveda,after a meal one should do SHATAPAULI (sanksrit word) which means walk 100 steps. but, considering the food and the work we do, we should walk 1000 steps.In earlier times man worked very hard and so was the food very important for us but today most of us have sedantary lifestyle so do you still think that same amount of food is required.
Our team agrees that most common disorders are due to wrong lifestyles and thus we have taken up this challenge to guide people in changing their lifestyle depending on their body type, age , etc.
Ayurveda considers that most of us have slow digestion during the night, thus the food taken in the night should be such that you feel light in the morning after you wake up.
when this food remains in vata person for long it produces fermentation further causing gases and in case of kapha it lead to mucous production or aama.

Hi there !
I have a patient suffering from Lupus, , syndrome de GOUGEROT , of course suffering from eye dryness and saliva deficiency .What do you recommend ?

Hello Serge,
this in ayurveda we understand as a Vata disase,
vata means dryness of body,
Usually we would look for the causes that trigger it.
example 1. over consumption of dry food, or too much mobile.
Usually in Lupus- we work with Ayurveda with blood purifiers and also recommend Neti and trataka for the dryness , for short time.
oil pooling with respective oil depending on which type he or she is also would help.
