how much of shatavari powder would be a "HELPFUL" dosage for a pre-menopausal/menopausal woman, who wants to keep the estrogen levels, as balanced as possible? and is there any other helpful churan that could be taken along with shatavari? (only the pure powder of shatavari is used, and NO pills ect.)

Shatavari is excellent herb for women and general well being. It is traditionally used for PMS, ammenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, menopause, pelvic inflammatory, etc. It is a general tonic to increase lactation and normalize the uterus and the changing hormones. How long does it take fibroids to shrink after menopause? About a year ago, I was diagnosed with fibroids. Now that my course of menopause is about over, when will the fibroids begin to shrink?

Fertility treatment, for most, brings to mind expensive medicines, painful procedures and extensive tests. Fortunately, this is not the only option. Nature has provided us with an effective solution in the form of Shatavari, an Ayurvedic herb that has been used for centuries to treat various reproductive disorders as well as promote sexual and reproductive development in women.

Shatavari has been proven to provide immense benefits to the body. Its amazing properties have made it the herb of choice for aiding in fertility treatment as well as for enhancing reproductive health. It helps create a hospitable environment in the body for ensuring sperm motility and conception, thus increasing the chances of successful conception in couples. Shatavari is particularly helpful for women suffering from irregular menstrual cycles as well as hormonal imbalance.

Shatavari’s benefit does not just stop at boosting fertility health. It is a boon for nursing mother as it enhances breast milk production. Shatavari contains phytoestrogens that helps normalize estrogens levels in women thus eliminating the need for artificial hormone therapy for regulating hormones during menopause. Its main advantage lays in its adaptogenic property, which helps to protect the body from stressors thus making it very beneficial for women suffering from stress induced fertility issues.

Shatavari is also an effective solution for men and women suffering from loss of libido as it is also an aphrodisiac, thus helping to increase sexual desire.

The Dosage should be takes 1-2 Spoon two times a day after meal.
