Well, you're among the lucky minority then:)
Large percentage of people have weight issues, some have sleep issues, others have fitness issues, etc, etc.
If you ever come to Goa, drop in and visit Dr. Rohit's clinic and try it out for yourself, you are always welcome:)

@ Ricky_Boy

as you say you dnt gain weight - you seem to be either a vata or a pitta.

vata is the 1 who finds it very difficult to gain weight.

pitta finds it difficult since he has lots of fire in his body . so whatever he eats gets digested due to natural increased fire body type.

if you feel you are non of the above go and get a medical help it could be a health issue viz related to thyroids or other health imbalance.

heloo,
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit term, made up of the words "ayus" and "veda." "Ayus" means life and "Veda" means knowledge or science. The term "ayurveda" thus means 'the knowledge of life' or 'the science of life'. According to the ancient Ayurvedic scholar Charaka, "ayu" comprises the mind, body, senses and the soul.
