Yoga for Balancing - Imabalanced Kapha Dosha.

Imbalance Kapha can Normally be heaviness and fatigue,
we understand 1 should practise heavy and strong asanas, to hhelp burn the excess kapha,
we recommend

1. nouli and kapalbhati,
2 back bends
3 less sleeping and more more standing postures.

Thanks Yogi ji,

I was told by my Yoga teacher, that Kapha needs lot of exercise to keep active, plus sun salutations..
