Pitta Dosha Imbalance ,

If anyone has issues with High pitta, we normally focus on cooling breathings and cooling Mudras.

even some music can be cooling,

active exercises and strong yoga helps release Pitta ..

you can also practise,

ujjai
sheetali breathing
left nostril breathing.
