Looking at the lifestyles and less activity -
i would recommend some 10 mins postures which should be done by everyone .
try to do this postures or yoga poses slowly and hold long with slow breathing. also focus on your breath slowly.
people who have bloating and also lot of indigestion can do this 2 times per day too...
this poses can also be done by begineers -
1. COBRA POSE - BHUJANGASANA
2. KNEES TO CHEST - PAVANMUKTASANA OR APANASANA
3. SLOW LONGER TWISTS - CAN BE DONE SEATING / LAYING OR STANDING
4. VAJRASANA - SEATING ON YOUR KNEES - ( PEOPLE WHO HAVE KNEE PAIN CAN USE SOFT PILLOWS UNDER THE KNEE TO REDUCE PRESSURE ON KNEE JOINT)
5. SAHASTRA PAUL- WALKING 1000 STEPS AFTER A BIG MEAL.
A lot more can be added but this can be used as a regular practise for 10 mins morning and evening..,.

due to stress, many people also have digestive problems. so proper meditation , and good Shavasana is also recommended...
