Dear Readers, i also want to clarify as many people ask us if Nadi shodhana is also a kriya in the shat kriyas, as what the sutras and the texts say, i would say no. it is better to stick to the 6 kriyas we mentioned. i am saying this as i have heard many schools also say nadi shodhana is a kriya.. ...

Looking at the lifestyles and less activity - i would recommend some 10 mins postures which should be done by everyone . try to do this postures or yoga poses slowly and hold long with slow breathing. also focus on your breath slowly. people who have bloating and also lot of indigestion can do this ...
