Dear Doctors, i am really keen on doing a panchakarma. since i dnt get enough time from work please can you guide me for the minimumtime we can do it in? |

Dear Morgan, a normal panchakarma usually takes 1 month, but the least one can do is for minimum 15 days to 8 days. when 1 does for 8 days 1 can get the minimum benefits not the maximum. so we usually ask people to do a panchakarma for minimum 15 days |

Yes, i agree panchakarma is really good ..I complete my panchakarma within 15 days..I had great experience after completing panchakarma therapy.It cured my vata pitta dosh.. |
