 Nutrition
Dear Dr. Rohit and team,
my questions will be mainly around nutrition/food combining as they are very different from Western eating habits and there seem to be conflicting messages around. Is it true that yeasted bread is "bad" for all doshas and why? Does it also apply to freshly baked ones, like we get here from the baker's?
If you can't combine bread with milk, can you have milk with toast/rusk or crackers(they usually also contain yeast)?
Does cream behave in the same way as milk when combined with fruits? - I have a (socalled?) Ayurvedic cookbook where recipes are given for banana cream amongst others.
I look forward to your replies
